Trip in Christmas

Lot of ppl might have heard about Dharmastala, subramanya etc etc.. Some of the religious places in karnataka. I had been there with my family during this Cristmas holidays.
26th Dec 2008: We started from Udupi at 7:30 in the morning by car. It was nice to see the scenery all the way to Dharmastala. We reached Dharmastala at 11. Had a special dharshanam as we were from puttige mata Udupi. We came out of the temple at around 12 noon and started our trip to Subramanya. This is also a gr8 place. U have two temples over here. One is Adi Subramanya, where u have to visit first. So we went there first and then to Kukke Subramanya temple. There was a huge crowd as it was holiday to most of the ppl around the places. We met one Swamiji over there and had lunch (we were very hungry) and then started our way back to Udupi. Overall it was a gr8 time we had with family after a very long time in my life.
27 Dec 2008: This day we thought of visiting Udupi mata as my mom was there with us. We had dharshanam here also with gr8 difficulty and influence. We went to Bhojana Shale for lunch.
We ate lunch in floor (not on banana leaf) as lot of ppl do it over there to solicit their wishes (harke) to God.
28th Dec 2008: This day we thought of going to one more temple in Kunjarugiri. It's a Devi temple. It's so good. I had gone there for the first time. It was very nice. We came back to home for lunch.
Overall the trip was gr8 this time. Hope to have such trips everytime I visit to my native. :)
